This is The Message Which We Have Heard of Him Point Seven: The Dying
Seed
John 12:24 ought to be the golden text of the Bible. It is Jesus saying, "Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die ..." it comes to this place to where it says, "I no longer live" -- "...it bringeth forth much fruit." Jesus went on to say, "...and I, if I be lifted up ..." -- not you, not the vessel, but if the contents be lifted up, then when you speak, it will be Christ. What you see, you see with eyes you have given Him, and what you hear, you hear with ears you have given Him. If it's Christ, and not you, and He's lifted up, He said, "I will draw..." You don't have to have all of these programs, you don't have to have all of this man-made religious manipulation, you don't need all of this churchianity. Jesus says, "If they just see Me in you, I'll draw them." That is what we're beginning to see. That's the miracle that's going on in our world right now. That's real evangelization, for we must evangelize (Mark 16:15). Jesus said in His last message, "Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel." Some people have a fuzzy idea that this Gospel is a "deeper-life" Gospel. That it is a far-out Gospel, and only certain saints can have it. You couldn't be more mistaken. Jesus said to take this true Gospel into the world.

Do you know what's happening? People who have never been saved can often see Christ in the believer, as the believer's life, much sooner than the average Christian who has been in the Lord for 30 years. They have too much doctrine and too much religion. But God has a world out there that wants to see Jesus -- a world that would like to see this Christ alive in someone. Paul said, "God revealed His Son in me that I might preach Him among the heathen" (Galatians 1:15-16) -- not just to the Church. Thank God for the Church. The Church needs to hear the Gospel today more than at any other time I have ever known since I have been in the Church. The Church needs to hear the true Gospel because it is messing around in insignificant carnal things as never before. But the true Gospel belongs to the heathen. "That I might preach [Christ] among the heathen." Think of that. This Gospel belongs to the world. This Gospel belongs to every man who breathes. We're going to have to free ourselves of the idea that it's only for religious people, and only for so-called Christians. The Gospel is for every man on this earth.
I have written these things that you might see, in seven brief points, what I see to this moment to be the true Gospel. I'm a radical in that I don't believe that there is another Gospel, but I do believe that there's much more to this Gospel than I have now seen. If I could preach the Gospel in the highest places in evangelical and Spirit-filled religion, and never hear one person talk about our union with Christ or the "in Christ" position for 15 years, and then suddenly come to a revelation of Jesus Christ, how much more of the Gospel could there be that's hidden from us, without our knowing it? You say, "Are you trying to give us a new Bible?" No. It is the same book. We'll still be studying Him, who is the Word, throughout the ceaseless ages of eternity. We'll still be studying Him -- but as our all and in all. So I'm no longer going to be trapped by religion, which says, "This is it, this is our doctrine, this is what we believe, and this is the only way it is." I've entered into my rest. He and I are one. I'm not fussing and fighting any more to be more like Him or to be more holy. I couldn't be any more holy than I already am by the finished work of Calvary. I couldn't be any more righteous than I am by Christ in me. I can't be any more perfect than I am by the cleansing of His blood. Now, I can learn much more --and that I am doing. I can grow in mind, but I can never grow any more in spirit, for the fullness of God is ours, and Colossians 2 says that we are completed in Him. So there is no more to be done except to learn of Him. This world must come to know Him and see Him as life. The greatest blessing in this universe is for you to come into this peace and rest there is in the Christ-life. It will bring healing to your body. The reason many people cannot be healed in their bodies is that they've never come to this rest of knowing that they can cease their striving and their working to earn the things of God. I want to bring you to a new life, and to a rest, and to a place you've never known before. But you'll never be able to enter that place until the Holy Spirit reveals the Son in you. This miracle can start in you right now, but it will take the rest of eternity to learn all that is yours as a Christ-person.
